This New Year Vaughn Gray (30DayHealth.com's health and fitness consultant – see http://www.vaughngray.com/site/bio.aspx for more) is offering a full curriculum of nutrition, exercise, and general wellness teleclasses to help you achieve all of your health and fitness goals for 2010.
This curriculum is organized into 5 courses – three on nutrition, one on exercise and fitness, and one on mental and emotional wellbeing and practical spirituality. Each class is designed to work as an individual module, so you can just take one, two, or three of these classes, and enjoy and benefit from them individually, or you can take the whole curriculum.
Classes begin Jan 12th and run through early April. Nutrition classes meet Tuesday nights at 8pm - Module One in Jan and Feb, Module Two in Feb and March, and Module Three in March and April. The fitness class and the Mind/Body class run alongside the nutrition classes, meeting Wednesday nights at 8pm (full schedule below). All of the materials for each class (PDF’s, audio recordings of the classes after they happen, and additional audio downloads) will be available through the course website, so even if you can’t make class on the phone at the time it’s taught live, you’ll be able to make it up anytime listening through your computer or MP3 player. All of these materials are also yours to keep and review in the months and years to come.
Each Module has a base price of $99. If you purchase all five modules at once we are offering an additional $100 discount ($79 each.) - $395 for all five classes. Because all of the course materials will be available for download through the course website, you can start and stop at any time, and take these courses at your own pace.
